Agreement
By creating an AZRYNO account or using AZRYNO Web Builder, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
AZRYNO provides a SaaS website builder for a single-page site (up to 5 sections) published at business.azryno.com/your-slug. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts may lock after repeated failed logins. Contact Support@azryno.com for unlock help.
Billing
Listed prices (for example LKR 2,999 / month) describe the planned subscription. Online card payment is not enabled yet. Access may be granted under an invoice / manual billing arrangement with AZRYNO. We will notify you before charging. Contact support to arrange billing.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant AZRYNO a licence to host and display it for your published site. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content. We may suspend sites that violate these rules.
Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages, or third-party failures may occur.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AZRYNO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees you paid us for the service in the 3 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material billing changes will be communicated by email when possible.
